Upon you initially completing our pre-survey form we will then confirm that your property meets the required criteria for an air source heat pump.

If it does then we will arrange to carry out a site survey and this will be an opportunity for us to offer our expert advice and give you all the available options.  The survey process does take a number of hours, and there is a cost associated with this, however this cost will be deducted from the job value should you wish to proceed with the works.

We will prepare a written quotation and outline the full scope of works being proposed.

Once you are happy to proceed we can then arrange an installation date and take care of all necessary paperwork relating to your grant.
